  1. *BIPOC refers to Black, Indigenous and People of Colour to describe a heterogenous group of people who can experience racism. We have combined this extremely diverse group to protect individual identities, especially when there are few people in our setting who identify with certain groups. In this study, this group included Black, Egyptian, Persian, Indian, Indigenous, Hispanic, and Asian participants and participants who identified as multiple racial or ethnic groups. Several of these participants also identified with a religious group that experiences marginalization
